Callie creates a flower border for her classroom bulletin board. Each paper flower has 6 petals. Callie needs 20 of her lovely flowers to complete the border. She has 55 petals. Does she have enough flower petals to finish the border? If not how many more will she need?
In the Garden 3-4
Parker's beanstalk was 3 centimeters high when he measured it on Sunday. By Monday it was 6 cm high. The beanstalk doubles its height every day. What will be the height of the beanstalk by Saturday? Do you think it will be taller than Parker on that day? If not when do you think it will be taller than Parker?

Wilbur loves math!
It is raining so Wilbur is going to try out some of the math problems from The Teaching Mathematics magazine. You may want to help him out. We will see if you get the same answers. Don't forget to show your work!
